• Money Laundering: Using the platform for money laundering purposes.
• Hacking/Cheating: Attempting to exploit or crack the platform's system.
• Third-Party Betting: Placing bets on behalf of others or sharing your account.

Koi baji reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time. Members may also request to close their account at any time.

Account Closure by User

You may request account closure at any time by emailing support@koibaji.app. All pending bets must be settled and any outstanding withdrawals processed before the account is closed.

• Serious violation of the terms and conditions
• If fraudulent or deceptive activity is proven
• If false information is found during KYC verification
• If the account has been inactive for an extended period (over 12 months)
